Potato Mud Cake Recipe
Ingredients Potato Mud Cake:
- 250 grams of peeled potatoes (steamed and pureed)
- 250 ml of coconut milk
- 125 grams of wheat
- 125 grams of caster sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 50 grams of butter (melt)
- A pinch of salt
- Raisins to taste
How to make Potato Mud Cake:
- Beat eggs and sugar until white fluffy, then put the vanilla essence and salt.
- Add the coconut milk little by little, then add the potatoes gradually, intermittently with the flour.
- Finally, put the melted butter, then mix well.
- Heat the mud cake mold, then spread the butter thinly. Pour the dough about 3/4 part, then cover and let it half cook, sprinkle raisins in the center.
