Dadar Gulung Recipe
Ingredients for Dadar Gulung skin:
- 125 grams of segitiga biru flour
- 15 grams of granulated sugar

- 1 egg
- 90 ml of kara coconut milk
- 230 ml of water
- A few drops of pandan paste
- Oil for frying dadar skin
Ingredients for coconut filling:
- 100 grams of dried grated coconut
- 50 grams of brown sugar
- 50 ml of instant coconut milk + 100 ml of water
- 20 grams of granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
How to make an Dadar Gulung skin:
- Mix all the ingredients, stir until sugar dissolves, then strain.
- Prepare the pan and heat it. Then apply oil to the pan.
- Once hot pour one big spoon of dough and flatten it in the pan. Use low heat so that the skin does not burn.
- Cook until the color changes and does not stick in the pan.
