- Fried shallots
- 2 liters of water
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
Fine seasoning:
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 8 grains of shallots
- 12 curly red peppers
- 2 cm of ginger
- 4 cm of turmeric
- 5 grains of pecan
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 2 grains of cloves, roast of
- 3 grains of concentrated, roast of
- 3 grains of cardamom, roast
- 2 cm of cinnamon, roast
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 2 tsp of salt

How to make Simple Goat Curry:
- Boil mutton and rib meat until half soft
