Sweet Martabak Recipe
Ingredients Sweet Martabak:
- 250 grams of medium protein wheat flour
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 40 grams of liquid margarine
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 350 ml of boiled clean water (100ml of liquid milk + 250 ml of boiled clean water)
How to make Sweet Martabak:
- Mix all dry ingredients, then add the water little by little, stirring well until there are no lumps of flour. Put the margarine and stir again.
- Let stand for about 1 hour and cover the cloth. Finally, put the eggs and mix well.
- Heat the mold without oil over low heat until hot. Pour the dough, and wait until the martabak is hollow-cavity.
- Sprinkle a little sugar to help form a nest. Close for a while and then remove from heat. Brush with margarine, and add milk, chocolate, or grated cheese. Roll up and chop the martabak to taste.
