Beef Tendon Meatball Recipe
Ingredients Beef Tendon Meatball:
- 500 grams of beef, finely ground
- 300 grams of beef veins, coarse scissors
- 1 tbsp fried shallots
- 2 tsp fried garlic
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 4 tbsp sago flour
- 1 egg white
- 120 gr ice cubes
How to make Beef Tendon Meatball:
- Mix ground beef with onion and garlic. Grind back with a food processor.
- Add ice cubes to the meat dough. Grind until well mixed.
- Add baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, ground pepper, and sago flour. Grind for a while.
- Insert the egg whites. Grind until all the ingredients are well mixed.
- Transfer the dough to the container. Enter the veins of the cow.
- Keep in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Bring the water to a boil, and turn off the heat. Mold the meatball dough until it runs out into the hot water. After that, cook the meatballs again until they float. Remove and soak for a while in cold water. Remove and drain. The urate meatballs are ready to serve.
