  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 4 tbsp sago flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 120 gr ice cubes

  1. Mix ground beef with onion and garlic. Grind back with a food processor.
  2. Add ice cubes to the meat dough. Grind until well mixed.
  3. Add baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, ground pepper, and sago flour. Grind for a while.
  4. Insert the egg whites. Grind until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  5. Transfer the dough to the container. Enter the veins of the cow.
  6. Keep in the freezer for 10 minutes.
