Ingredients:
- 500g tapioca flour
- 500ml coconut milk
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 350g granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 pandan leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup water
How to make Bika Ambon
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the tapioca flour and coconut milk. Mix until well combined.
- Add the beaten eggs and sugar to the mixture and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Mix the yeast and water in a separate bowl until the yeast dissolves.
- Add the yeast mixture to the batter and stir until well combined.
